Shipping and Handling
 

Ksino offers free Shipping to United States residents in orders excess of $100 USD.
 

Orders within the United States and Canada are shipped using the method you select during checkout. Currently we are only offering Ground Shipping via Fed Ex or the USPS. All orders require 1-2 business days for processing time before shipping. All Fed Ex  packages can not be shipped to PO boxes only packages shipped via the USPS. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase.

 

International Shipping


Ksino ships Worldwide via the USPS . Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; Ksino has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they will be. Custom policies vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for further information. (Ksino does not take responsibility for any custom fees and issues for shipments) . The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. 

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide during checkout is accurate and complete before placing your order. We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover. For Credit Card purchases, the billing name and address must match the information for the shipping addresses. NO C.O.D'S
 

Ksino will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete, unless that order is classified as undeliverable andreturned to Ksino. Ksino will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. If there is a problem with your order please contact customer service at returns@ksino.com

If for any reason your order is classified as "undeliverable" and returned to Ksino, we will notify you via e-mail that your order has been returned to Ksino due to a failed delivery attempt and you will be issued a refund of your order, less shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling charges consist of the cost of shipping to the customer and the return fees to Ksino. At it's discretion Ksino may charge a restocking fee. Ksino will not re-ship any Ksino orders that were undeliverable, please place a new order through our website.


Returns


Ksino gladly accepts returns if the item is the wrong size, wrong item, defective or quality not as expected.  

 

Should you need to return or exchange a product purchased at Ksino please:

 

  • Send us an e-mail at returns@ksino.com with a brief reason of why you want to return the item and to obtain a Return Authorization (RA#)  Should you return a product without a RA#, you will not receive a credit for the transaction. We will respond with-in 24 hours unless e-mail is sent on Saturday and Sunday. In this case we will respond the following business day. 
  • The RA# for items to be returned or exchanged must be returned or exchanged within 2 weeks from the date of delivery. (international 30 days)
  • Should you receive a defective item, wrong item or an item in the wrong color or size, you must notify Ksino with-in  7-10 business days after the receipt of goods. Notifications received after 7-10 Business days will not be considered for exchange.
  • Items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee
  • Sale, Discounted and "Special Promotions" items are Exchange only, no refunds accepted.
  • Items must be returned with there original tags still attached. Items must not be altered, washed or worn. Returns for undergarments are not accepted.

 

Once RA# is received:


  • To receive an exchange or refund you must ship the items back to Ksino with 1 week of receiving you Return Authorization. Should you fail to to ship the items within the specified period you will not receive an exchange or refund and the RA# will be void.
  • On the original invoice, please indicate the RA#, as well as the reason for return/exchange and place the invoice inside the shipping box. 
  • Clearly indicate the RA# on the shipping box as well as the words "No Declared Value" We will refuse any package with a declared value as we are forced to pay extra taxes or delivery fees.
  • All items must be pre-paid to ship, we highly recommend that you use a reliable and highly recommends (Fed Ex or USPS) These guidelines are provided for your protection and will allow to track your package during the return process. 
  • Once the package has been received by Ksino we will send you an e-mail confirming your return.  
  • Ksino is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages
  • You are responsible for the return shipping costs
  • Ksino does not refund shipping costs on returns or exchange.
  • Refunds of up to $9.99  for returns are only issued in the case of a processing error on the behalf of Ksino
